We had 3 local Agents that were willing and capable of selling our very saleable property but were all old school. Philip on the other hand was refreshing and Vibrant and even though our property was well away from his normal catchment area he assured us as along as we followed his Auction Marketing process he and his Team would get the best results and quickly.
